Please be sure that you read and understand the terms before placing an order!

✸ We can ship to anywhere in the world, however, adult content stuff (doujinshi books, prints, dakimakura, etc) can not be shipped to China and Australia due to the strict import restrictions in those countries. All orders from China and Australia that include items with adult content will be canceled and refunded. No exception.

✸ Current processing times: 7-14 business days to dispatch orders after an order is placed.

  • Domestic Shipping (within Spain): up to10 business days. It may vary depending of the location.
  • International Shipping (Worldwide): up to 20 business days. It may vary depending of the location.


✸ All items are shipped via priority mail (with tracking) only. You can track it at  CORREOS. ES. Once the package arrives at the country of destination, it is in complete charge of the Postal Service of your country and you must track it through them for information on the location of the package.

International shipments are subject to import and customs taxes in the destination country, which must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for extra payments for customs taxes.

✸ All sales are final.

✸ Preorders can not be canceled.

✸ Strictly no returns or exchanges are allowed.

✸ Once our order has been shipped, you will receive a notification to the email provided in your purchase with the tracking code info.

✸ For preordered items please check the item page for the arrival time. The usual waiting time is 6-8 weeks due to the manufactured schedule.

✸ If you made a mistake placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. As long as we haven’t shipped out the order we can have the mistake fixed. However, once it has been shipped out, unfortunately, we cannot do anything and it’s out of our hands. Please make sure everything is correct (items, mailing address, ZIP, etc.) before checking out.

✸ In the case of a package being returned due to the absence of the recipient, it can be shipped again, but the buyer must pay the shipping costs again.

✸ In the case of the wrong item sent, please contact us, and we will gladly help to find the best solution.

✸ In the case of a definitive loss of your package, please contact us. Refunds can be managed except for the shipping costs.
